These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all quotes, work orders, and services provided by Valkyrie Coatings (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to any customer (“you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.
Services Provided
Valkyrie Coatings offers industrial, commercial, and custom finishing services including but not limited to:
- Cerakote® application
- Powder coating
- Spray painting (mil-spec and general)
- Black oxide treatment
- Sandblasting and surface prep
All services are provided based on mutually agreed-upon quotes, project scopes, and lead times.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Any changes to materials, quantities, part configurations, or finishing specifications may result in a revised quote.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if a submitted purchase order (PO) does not match the original quote.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in the invoice (Net 15, Net 30, etc.). We reserve the right to require a deposit on large or custom orders. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or service fees. Ownership of completed parts may not transfer until full payment is received.
Lead Times and Delivery
Estimated lead times begin upon receipt of all required materials, drawings, and purchase orders. While we strive to meet quoted turnaround times, delays due to material issues, customer revisions, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Valkyrie Coatings.
Shipping and delivery are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Supplying clean, properly prepped parts unless otherwise specified
- Providing accurate drawings, specifications, and required documentation
- Clearly indicating masking requirements and critical surfaces
Parts received with missing, unclear, or incorrect specifications may result in delays or rework charges.
Warranty and Liability
We warrant our coatings to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery, under normal use and proper care. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, impact, abrasion, exposure to chemicals or extreme conditions
- Wear and tear over time
- Customer-supplied materials with pre-existing issues
Our liability is limited to the cost of re-coating the affected part(s). Under no circumstances shall Valkyrie Coatings be liable for consequential damages or lost profits.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel an order after work has begun, you may be responsible for costs incurred up to that point, including labor, materials, and setup time.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are considered final unless a workmanship defect is identified. If you believe a part has been improperly coated, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valkyrie Coatings from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use or resale of our coated parts.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
