Our Process

  • Inspection – We assess the part and choose the right media and pressure settings.

  • Blasting – Parts are blasted in a controlled environment using dry media and compressed air.

  • Clean & Blowdown – Residual media is blown off to leave a clean, etched surface.

  • Ready for Coating – Parts are prepped immediately to prevent oxidation or contamination before coating. Or as a standalone service
